Standard Warranty
First five years is included and covers;
- 24/7 phone access to support center for reporting issues (issues may also be reported via email support@xkl.com).
- Technical response between 8:00 am – 5:00 pm week days Pacific Time (excludes major US holidays).
- Replacement or repair of defective hardware.
- 24/7 access to software firmware upgrades (as released).
Expanded Warranty
In addition to the standard warranty, available for years one through five (for an additional cost), the expanded warranty also covers;
- Technical response 24/7/365 (may take up to 4 hours for level 2 analysis and response).
- Next day shipment of hardware to most US destinations.
- Second day shipment of hardware to most other worldwide destinations.

For years six through ten, the following support is available;

- 24/7 access to software and firmware updates (as released).
- *FRUs and repairs available for an extra cost.
*FRUs – Field Replaceable Units: includes power supplies, fan assemblies, and lasers.
