Also includes access to Conference Papers and Postdeadline Papers. The Technical Digest Papers and ability to view recorded technical sessions on demand will be available for 60 days after the conference concludes. Short Courses are an additional fee.

All speakers must be registered by 23:59 Eastern Daylight Time (EDT, UTC-04:00) on Friday, 28 May 2021.

A Discount for 2020 Full Conference Registrants

If you registered as a Full Conference attendee in 2020, you are eligible to receive a 50 percent reduction on the Full Conference rate for the 2021 meeting. Log in with the same credentials used in 2020 (i.e., email address), and the registration system will automatically apply the discount to your order. Reasonable Policies and Terms of Registration have been established for OFC. We encourage you to read these carefully as all registrants to OFC will be required to agree to these policies and terms as a condition of registration.

Payment

Credit cards are accepted (VISA, MasterCard and American Express). Payments made by check or wire transfer must be made payable to The Optical Society in US dollars and drawn on a US bank. Payment must accompany your registration form in order to process your registration order.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

All requests for refunds must be received in writing by Monday, 24 May 2021. A USD 76.00 service charge will be assessed for processing refunds. All registrations received after Monday, 24 May 2021 are NON-REFUNDABLE. Please allow four to six weeks for processing.
