Technical Writer

This is a technical writer position focusing on User Guides and internal documentation. The successful candidate will have experience writing technical materials for software, or hardware manufactures, or likewise industry. The candidate should know how to build and manage a FrameMaker structured document.

The ability to take constructive criticism and work well with others is required.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Create and maintain the technical documentation for XKL´s software and hardware technology.
• Observe production, developmental, and testing activities to determine operating procedure and detail.
• Edit, standardize, or make changes to material provided by software and hardware engineers.

Position Requirements

• Bachelor degree in English, Communication or appropriate technical field.
• A minimum 3 years experience as a professional Technical Writer.
• A minimum 2 years solid FrameMaker experience is a must.
• Familiar with software and hardware development.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to complete tasks within allotted timeline.
